Your own custom monthly workout program will reduce your cardio time and increase your results like never before. You can choose between a home fitness plan or a gym designed fitness plan. The workouts are less than 45 minutes in length. You will receive workouts designed to help you lose fat and tone muscle while you enjoy two rest days each week. This will prevent overtraining and give your muscle time to grow. For the client that wants the freedom to workout at their own pace, this is a plan that can easily fit into your day. Let’s Work Smarter not Harder!
· You will be able to contact your trainer by email to have your questions answered and get the personal attention and support you need to succeed on your program.
· If you haven’t been exercising regularly but are ready to change your body and live a more active and fun lifestyle, we can create a custom plan for your weight loss.
· If you are an athlete, or are someone who is aspiring to be one, you’ve come to the right place, as we specialize in performance training.
· You will have access to an online exercise demo database with exercise examples, so you can see and learn the right way to do each exercise to maximize your results.
· You will have access to the list of foods needed to maximize fat loss while working at your own pace
